Trish is quite weak in offensive PvP when compared to other Tier 3/4 Heroes, but her incredible Settlement Troop Lethality buff makes her irreplaceable for defensive PvP a.k.a. Barricade defence. Make a surprise to your enemy by killing a lot more of his troops than he could possibly expect!

Her years in ER meant she was used to stressful medical situations, but not even the busiest ER could have prepared her for the chaos of the outbreak and subsequent turmoil. Trish has a better relationship with Doctor Yamazaki than the majority of other Settlement members, and lends a hand with his research when she’s not needed in the field.
All Trish has ever wanted to do was help other people, but if you try to harm her or anyone in the Settlement, she’ll kill you in a heartbeat.
