Overview
VIP points are used to increase your VIP level and provide additional in-game benefits. They work only in case VIP subscription is active. To active it, you will either need to use biocaps for 7-day/30-day packages or get temporary VIP activations from different events.
Once VIP is active, you are eligible to all benefits of your current level plus the daily rewards crate. Please note VIP Priviliges crates and VIP Store items can be accessed and purchased additionally without a need to have an active VIP membership.
How to earn
- VIP points are provided daily for free. You can also buy extra in exchange for Biocaps.
- Any real money purchase always comes bundled with a 2500 VIP points package;
- Sometimes, the Alliance Shop has a daily and/or weekly offer of some VIP points.

Daily chests
When your VIP membership is active, a daily free chest will be available to claim. Depending on your VIP level, you might find different resources – starting from Epic Hero Badges and Hero Fragments with some Legendary HB and even HF later on!
I would strongly recommend buying a 30-days membership for 10k Biocaps once you hit VIP level 7 since Legendary Hero Fragments are most difficult to earn.

VIP Levels
Each next VIP Level provides slightly better benefits than the previous one. Notable mentions are VIP 4 and VIP 8 – for a +10% Construction Speed boost and +1 March Slot, respectively. Going beyond that is very unlikely for a F2P person.
I have to admit developers took this feedback into account and allowed purchasing more VIP points via the Alliance Store. However, I don’t have a proof nor any data on how did that impact VIP Levels for the F2P accounts.

No, there’s no special event for that, so using straight away is fine.
How much is the Legendary Hero frags in the VIP store please?

thank you for the good article. I think you missed one information that I find quite useful, especially since many people dont know it.
The Daily Drop Subscription you can get from the Billboards Container Building also contains 30days VIP subscription for a quite reasonable price.
Its cheaper than buying it with caps all the time.
