Introduction
There is a system in Swords of Legends Online which lets you track down and slay creatures, monsters and other enemies in the Underworld, a spirit-realm version of the open-world maps. It works similarly to Blood Ruvia Bounties.
Important Notes
- You must’ve unlocked the Underworld Lantern, an item which allows you to travel to the spirit-realm. You’ll unlock this as you level up to Student 1.
- You can access the Envoy of the Turquoise Lantern UI by pressing CTRL + Y.
- There are 3 types of Spirits, Solo, Team (5-man Recommended) and Group (10-man + Recommended).
- There is a buff named “Glowing Cloud Sky” which you should use in the Underworld when you are near a spirit. This gives you a 5.5% increase to attack power for 20 seconds.
- After you slay a Spirit in the Underworld, press ALT + 2 to place a Ghost Trap to consume the Remnant Soul.
- The World Boss in Baxian Plateau has a chance to drop a Wild Fox mount.
Missions
You will receive new missions on Sundays. Here are some examples of some missions you will receive:
- Defeat a Underworld Lantern boss in Shanghuai Grassland, Zhongnan Foothills or Baxian Plateau to receive 100 soul liberation points.
Your missions will also appear within the Weekly Event tab of your Cultivation panel.
Levelling up and Upgrades
You can level up your Ancestral Record Envoy of the Turquoise Lantern level by completing bounties and earning Blood Ruvia Points. The current maximum level for your Ancestral Record Envoy of the Turquoise Lantern level is level 3. Each level gives you a Stat Bonus and additional rewards.
You can view your level by pressing CTRL + Y.
Envoy of the Turquoise Lantern Prestige
You can earn Prestige with the Envoy of the Turquoise Lantern faction which will allow you to purchase specific objects from the Envoy of the Turquoise Lantern Merchant. Prestige can be earned by defeating Spirit bosses and completing missions.
You can view your Blood Ruvia Prestige by pressing Y > Prestige > Faction.
Soul Journeys
When using the Underworld Lantern on an open-world map you will be sent on a Soul Journey to the underworld spirit-realm. In the underworld, you will be able to take down Spirit bosses which are identified by a little demon face with a lantern next to them on the map. The symbol changes slightly depending on their Difficulty level:
