Overview
It is hard to believe most expensive (requires VIP12 to max out) Hero in the game is one of the most useless after T2 Heroes introduction. He’s on par with Wolfe and can be utilized only for the first 2 months since the state has been created provided you are eager to cash in over $1k. Urgently needs some love from the game developers!

Pre-outbreak, Ray had gotten used to people following his orders. He understands it’s a different world now and tries to be patient with the other survivors. Saying that, his idea of being patient is not quite the same as everyone else’s.
